With the planned release of ACC version V26 in December 2025, we are reaching a key milestone in the continued development of the Alarm Control Center (ACC). This new version not only introduces numerous technical improvements, but also lays the foundation for hybrid and cloud-based deployment scenarios – marking a significant step towards cloud readiness and long-term future viability. 

Key innovations at a glance: 

• Technical modernization of the architecture: ACC V26 brings a fundamental modernization of the software architecture. It includes an updated version of SQL Server Express, which is bundled directly with the setup. This improves system stability and long-term maintainability. 

• Enhanced IT security architecture: Existing security mechanisms have been specifically revised and expanded to meet the demands of modern IT environments – particularly hybrid and cloud infrastructures.  

• Independent user management for the ACC App: User management for the ACC App is significantly simplified: customers will be able to create, edit, and delete user accounts independently. Manual maintenance via Excel lists is no longer required, making administration much more efficient.

• Cloud Connector for agents: ACC V26 introduces a new Cloud Connector, enabling the integration of various control systems in cloud-based environments. This significantly increases the flexibility of ACC deployment in distributed IT landscapes.
